You can customize your own newsletter package: your choice of 6, 12 or 24 issues. Read on for all the details.
A well-written client educational newsletter is one of the best marketing tools available to help you build a strong practice filled with regular clients. The newsletter format is a very inviting, positive medium that makes it easy to get your message across to your clients and potential clients. And the more they learn about how massage can help them, the more likely they are to see you more often.
Our Staying in Touch newsletters may well be the easiest and most versatile, user-friendly way for you to regularly promote your services. Just pick the issues with the topics that best reflect your practice, and we’ll email master copies to you. In your computer, you can type your contact information directly onto your issue, then print as many copies as you need. Mail them to your clients and use them as handouts to spread the word about your practice.
We have two levels of print newsletters:
The “Basic” issues are complete newsletters only lacking your name, address, and phone number. Once you’ve typed in your contact info, you’re ready to print your copies and distribute them. There’s even room for you to add a short message or a special offer just under your return address.
The “Premium” version allows you to include a personal message and/or special promotional announcement in each issue, giving your newsletters a more personal touch. These issues work just like the Basic ones: When you open an issue, you just click your mouse in the blank column and type in your personal messages, then print your copies.
When you order a package of “Premium” newsletters, we’ll send you two versions of each issue: both the “Basic” and the “Premium.” This gives you the option of how much personal information you want to add.
Another advantage of the “Premium” packages is that you can create your own special deals for seasonal gift certificate sales. Use the blank column to remind your clients that your massage gift certificates are the ideal gift for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.
(For the end-of-year holiday season, we write a special issue each year that’s just right for the holidays. Call or check back in early November. BONUS: You can get the holiday issue at the same price as the package you order. For instance, if you order the 24-issue Basic package, you can purchase the holiday issue for just $7.04!)

How to order:
Review all our issues (Look under “Categories” and click on “Newsletters: Individual Issues”) to select your issues. Add those you want to the shopping cart. When you’re done, proceed to the checkout. In the “Comments” box, type in the package deal you’ve chosen (Example: 12-issue Premium package) and we’ll email your package of newsletters to you. Just save them in your computer, and you’re all set with your own promotional library.
The total price shown at checkout will be for individual issues, but we'll only charge your credit card the correct price for the package you've ordered.
* When adding your issues to the shopping cart, be sure to choose the "I" versions for a single-therapist office or the "we" versions for a multiple-therapist office.
Please note: Our online store is not fully automated. This allows us to review each order and contact you if we have any questions before we process your order. Consequently, it may be anywhere from 1 – 24 hours before we process your order. If you order during business hours during the week, it’s usually within an hour or two that you’ll get your issues.
Other print-newsletter ordering options:
Be sure to see the other ordering options under “Categories.” Many therapists prefer our Monthly Subscription Service. Each month, we create a new print newsletter with all the latest massage news. These issues also include the appropriate reminders for occasions like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. As a subscriber, you receive the new monthly issue on the first business day of each month, and your credit card on file will be charged monthly (Basic = $12.50/mo. Premium = $15/mo).
Another option that gives you package pricing—a month at a time—is our Newsletter-A-Month plan. We’ll charge your credit card on file $9.95/mo. (or Premium = $12.50/mo.) and send you a reminder email to pick which issue you’d like us to send you for the month.
The above two options only require a 3-month commitment, then it’s month-to-month.
The most economical way to reach your clients regularly is our Staying in Touch E-newsletter Subscription Service. For a flat $25/mo. (no postage $s!) we’ll send our monthly newsletter to your clients with email—with no limit to the number of email addresses you have on your list!
