Shipping Policy

We ship most of our packages via US Mail. You have the option to choose Express Mail, Priority Mail or Parcel Post Mail upon checkout. In very rare instance we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier for your package in place of US Mail if doing so is in the best interest of the customer.

If your product(s) are in stock we process and ship most orders within 24 hours after placed. Most orders received by 11:00 am PST are shipped the same day. However, we make no guarantees on processing time. We do not ship on Weekends or holidays, regardless of shipping method chosen. Please allow for the processing time when considering placing an order, (this is most important if you choose express delivery).

We ship to the shipping address typed on your order. Please verify the correct address before submitting your order. Even if you have placed an order in the past it is your responsibility to make sure the correct shipping address is on each new order.

We strive to do our very best to provide quick delivery times and fast service. However, once your package leaves our warehouse we have NO control over it. Please try to remember that and let us know if you have questions or how we may better serve you.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason you may return it within 60 days for a complete refund (minus shipping charges).
